Thank you for subscribing and helping raise funds for Bichons in need. Please print, complete and return the form below. Feel free to distribute the form to any Bichon lovers you know who would also like to join us!

I wish to become a “Friend of Bichon Frisé Rescue” by:-


1.	Subscribing to the magazine for one year and I enclose a cheque for £6.00 (2 magazines - spring and autumn)	£

2.	Enclosing a donation to Friends of Bichon Frisé Rescue for the sum of £………………	£

Friends of Bichon Frisé Rescue is now a Limited Company. By law, and so you are fully aware, we need to advise you that you would be liable for the following:-

In the event of the Company being wound up while the undersigned is a member, the member undertakes to contribute an amount up to the guaranteed sum of £1.00 (only) for payment of debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before ceasing to be a member and costs, charges and expenses of winding up and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves.
